So, if you’re ready to take up Mentoring, you can expect personalised individual sessions with an experienced Mentor who really cares about your wellbeing and success.

Some things that a Mentor can help with, but each student can utilise Mentoring in their own individual way…

  • Assist the student with transitioning to University life

  • Support with accessing social activities

  • Support with problem solving or addressing concerns as they arise

  • Time management, organisation, managing and prioritising workload, planning a work schedule

  • Support with managing some aspects of personal life such as managing finances, looking after your own wellbeing, sleep hygiene, nutrition and work/life balance

  • Signposting to extra support if needed

  • Exam preparation, including managing stress and anxiety

  • Managing personal relationships and friendships

  • Exploring useful apps/technology/strategies to assist learning and/or improve productivity

£48 per 1 hour online session.
